Chief Wiley is no newcomer when assessing the needs of the communities he serves. He got
started in the security industry seven years ago to provide for his expanding family and what
was once a job has now turned into a passion and ownership.

As his company’s vision started to take form, he quickly realized what the guiding principles of
his company would be, and on June 15 th , 2021, NorthStar Protective Services, LLC (NSPS) was
formed.

NSPS founding principles are ‘Security Starts with Trust and Security Through Service’.

Chief Wiley takes it back to basics through his unique approach, offering security services built
on the principle of trust and service in the communities he, his team, and the company serve.
